We follow refund policy set by the event organizer. Please review the email confirmation you received (or look at the registration page) for specific refund instructions.
We only refund tickets purchased via credit card and only if specifically instructed to do so by the event organizer

Definitely. Our flexible engine allows you to offer individual and group discounts to registrants. You can make those discounts

Yes. You can refund either entire registration amount of partial. Log in and go to the registration setup page for your event. Click on the Attendee Roster link on the left and select Active Attendees tab. Click on the $ icon to the right next to the registration that you would like to refund. NOTE: You will still be liable for credit card fees imposed to us by our payment gateway.
Yes. You can register multiple people for an event if the event organizer has allowed this option. You can also instruct the system to send
tickets to each individual you register. You will also get a confirmation email with tickets for each person on the list

Absolutely. You can use our system to register someone for a free event. Simply mark the tickets 'Free' and you will incur no charges.

Log into your account and go to the event you set up. You can search for it by name/event id or see it in the list of your upcoming events.
From there, click on the Registration menu on the left side to get to the main registration page.
You have the option to be immediately notified when a new registration occurs. You can toggle this option (on/off) in the registration setup screen and an email will get generated to you the instant a new registration is placed.
If you use our gateway for credit card processing, we will mail you a check twice a month, provided you've accrued $100 in that period. If you use your own gateway, the money gets deposited directly into your account.
You will only incur charges for tickets purchased via credit card. There are two types of fees that will be imposed:
Credit Card Passthrough fee and My Event Guru's handling fee. First charge is the one that credit card processing
facility imposes on the transaction and the second is our low fee that we charge for using our registration platform. However, we
only charge fee for tickets purchased via credit card. If you are hosting a free event or allow people to pay offline or at-the-door, you will
incur no fees for those tickets.
Our system allows you to create a completely customized registration page with unlimited number of questions. You can create questions
ranging from simple text entry to radio buttons, check boxes, multi-select lists, etc. We will keep track of all users' answers and present them to you in an easy-to-read report.
We allow attendees to pay via credit card, offline, or at-the-door for their tickets. The actual payment options available for a specific event will be defined by the event organizer.
You can create an unlimited number of tickets you like. Each ticket can have different expiration date, cost, availability limit
and discounts applicable to it. For example "Student ticket @ $25 expiring week before the event", "Full price Member ticket @ $50 payable at the door", etc
We take Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also offer the ability to pay for tickets offline.
